This car was built for racing but never saw the track before it was sold. While the car was basically operational it was far from ready for the track. The new owner contracted us to make a variety of improvements and modifications.

We took the car and completely disassembled it, inspecting everything the former owner had done to it and identified the items that needed improvement.

The first thing we did was to cut out all the rotten rusted metal and welding in  new material.

Next we replaced the original wiring harness which was rather poorly done and replaced it with a new light weight racing harness.

The body work needed particular attention because nothing was faired in having been mostly pop riveted into place.

Part of any project involves satisfying the customers ascetic tastes which led to  fabricating a custom bumper.

New owner wanted this RSR clone to be period correct as much like the original as possible.

Upon inspection the engine we determined to be good...a custom 3.4 built by Jerry Woods with PMO 50 carbs, a 930 gearbox with low hours and never raced.
